Makin' a Splash

Last week, Myla and Gilli decided that they really missed each other and wanted to have a play date! So, Joanna and I took them to the splash park... not really! Gilli and Myla don't play together YET and they spent most of their time being little divas! They didn't want to touch the water or even look at one another! :)
Actually, Myla wanted to go to the splash park because her mom never gives her food and water and she thought that at least she would get to drink that day.... not really! Myla just found it more entertaining to drink the water out of the cracks in the sidewalk than play in the water fountains! :)
In all reality, Joanna and I just wanted to get together so WE could play and jump in the water! As always, we had tons of fun!! :)
And hey, at least the boys had fun too! Nolan and Grady were the best of buds that day and splashed themselves silly!

Joanna finally decided to MAKE the girls have a good time! She got a few smiles!!
As always, right before we were ready to leave, Gilli warmed up to the idea of a splash park and stuck her head in and giggled! It's all in HER time!
We ended our time with a little custard! Grady and Gillian drank my slushy and then Nolan ate my ice cream cone! I ended up having to order three times just so I could have a little sugar too! Hilarious! Look how happy they were!
Grady gave Myla a flower right before we headed home! Awwww!! So precious!!
