Could it be...

Could it be that Grady is potty trained? I sat him on the potty this morning, and he did it. He pooped! We had a small party with his new toy and a piece of gum(which he did really well with too!!). I then quickly told him that his potty needed to get into the toilet every time today too and not on the carpet. After lunch, he was playing quietly on the floor, when he jumped up and ran into the bathroom saying, "I've gotta get my potty in the toilet and not on the carpet." First of all, I thought it was hilarious that he was repeating the rule! Then I was so excited that he initiated it all by himself! That is what potty training is all about! Yipee for Grady! I knew you could do it buddy!! I am not expecting perfection from now on, but we are well on our way! Hooray!!
