Day 2 of our vacation was spent at the Magic Kingdom! It was HOT, unseasonably hot for FL!!! By the time we entered the gate, we were sweating, and the kids were complaining of being hot and thirsty. Grady got sick the day before we left, and I was so worried that we wouldn't make it through the day. In the first pic, you can see just how unhappy he is to be in the most magical place on earth! Poor buddy! But after we got him a stroller and started our adventure, everyone perked up and we had an amazing day! We made it through every single ride we planned to ride that day plus more. We only had 3 rides that we wanted to make it to the following day! We learned to get drinks often, enjoy the water and air conditioned rides, and walk in the rain! Gillian was even comfortable enough to sleep for an hour in her stroller. Gerald also kept us all in check to keep our good attitudes out, instead of leaving them in our suitcase! I can honestly say by the end of the day, we had a fun, full day!!

Gillian's favorite ride was It's a Small World! She clapped, sang, and swayed back and forth! It was adorable!

What was not adorable was Grant on Small World! Apparently the ride lasts "forever" and it's a "baby ride"! Apparently Grant stuffed his "good attitude" in his pocket during that ride! Don't worry, we made him ride it again that day and again the next! ;) A ride that was more his style and Grady's was Splash Mountain! They kept bragging about how much fun it was and how they never got wet. And that is how they convinced me to ride with them on the third time! And guess who got extremely wet.... ME!! I screamed when the water drenched my shirt, and the boys laughed hysterically and told me that I scream like a girl! I am a girl!! Good thing I brought my good attitude since I was wet for the rest of that evening!! :) It was a great ride!

Had to get a picture on the giant pumpkin by Mickey's House! Grant LOVES pumpkins... They are ORANGE!!

What a great day! I love how you guys work as a family...I am going to remember to use the don't leave your good attitude in the suitcase line next time we travel.
I gotta say, I cracked up that you made Grant ride the ride again (and again)...that totally sounds like something we would do :)
Can't wait to see more!!
Those are fantastic photos, especially your face on the log ride. Well, sorry that Grant wasn't loving the longest ride ever, but good to know at least Gilly was quite the fan!!
