I just found out we were resubmitted to PGN on 12/27 and not 12/18. My lawyer was busy with POA's and DNA Authorizations and was unable to get my case resubmitted when he said he would. I am so happy for those that got their cases started before the 12/31 deadline, though!! But, we lost yet another week and were kicked out of PGN for well over a month! It's just not our time yet!
--And to my wonderful Joanna... It's looks like you owe me a grande Starbuck's after all! ;) Yes people, this process has pushed me into betting Starbuck's drinks! We might as well make the best of it!! :)

I hate that you lost that week, but I am so relieved you beat the "deadline," even though no one seems to know what is going on right now! Hoping and praying for a speedy OUT!
