We had a great weekend celebrating our Risen Savior! Easter service was amazing! Remembering the sacrifice that Jesus made for each one of us is the reason we celebrate!
The kids received their Easter Baskets on Saturday afternoon and we went to church Saturday night. BTW, we put root beer in the Easter baskets... just in case you were wondering! ;)

We went to Nini and Papa's house first. My mom decorates for special holidays and transforms the dining room! SO pretty!
Grady sometimes raises his arm in the air for pictures and Gilli has caught on! Every time I went to take her sweet picture, this is what she did! Funny girl! This was on my mind all day, "So I put my hands up, they're playin' my song. The butterflies fly away."

Always a favorite... the Easter Egg Hunt!! Grant had a ginormous basket! The boys were so competitive and the girls were helping each other! Pretty typical!!
And I have to apologize, because we did a terrible job of taking pictures at Grandma and Grandpa's house when we went for dinner! I have some other fun farm pictures to post later, though, I promise!! I thought this was a great picture of all the grandkids with grandma and grandpa. All the boys were wearing their new t-shirts that were in their Easter baskets!

i think gilli's yellow skirt for easter is the one i have been dying to have for lucia from babygap. . we have the same taste:) it looks so darling love the picture of you and her nose to nose so sweet! oh and i keep noticing the fabulous colors you painted your house it looks incredible! what a fun easter! the huge easter basket what a blast for your boys! praying for that new baby girl can't wait to hear how it is all progresssing.
