Update: Thank you all for praying!! The surgery went really well. His lip looks great and we are ready for the healing to begin. Hunter is spending the night at the hospital tonight with mommy and daddy. Please pray that he begins to eat well so that they can go home sometime tomorrow. He was already a thumb sucker, so pray that he does not get too irritated with not being able to get his hands to his mouth(he has arm restraints on)! Please also pray that Pete and Bethany can get some rest tonight, as I know today was a long day! You are a trooper, Hunter and we are so proud of you!! Hang in there, buddy!!

Oh my, is he not just the cutest?!!!

Yes, I will pray...and I am praying right now for your precious nephew and his parents. He is so cute! Bless his little heart!
I will keep them in my prayers. I understand how hard it is to watch your sweet baby be wheeled off to a operating room...even when you have faith in the Lord that all is well.
Give them a hug from our family and we will keep the entire family in our prayers.
I've been praying for Hunter all day. How is he doing? Any updates yet?
I am SO glad he is doing well. I have been thinking of you guys today. Praying he gets to go home tomorrow. I think the after surgery is just as stressful or maybe even more for the parents. I will keep all of them in myr prayers.
Poor buddy! It may be a long night without his thumb. I'll keep praying for them and for fast healing. :)
Thank you Gretch and all those who prayed for Hunter... we feel so blessed to have been covered in prayer! (Hannah you are so right about the after surgery part being stressful!!!)
I'm so thankful all went well with Hunter's surgery. That is incredibly stressful and I'm glad Pete an Bethany made it through too! ((Hugs)) Hunter is perfect and is the cutest little pumpkin!! Hope he gets that thumb soon! Much Love from florida...
