First... Today is Grant Caden's 7th Birthday! I can't believe we have a seven year old in our house! WOW, time is flying!! Grant is so caring, creative, and kind! He is also strong, bold, and noble! He has a strong sense of right and wrong and stands up for his beliefs! He is wise beyond his years and stretches me with his big questions and strong will! We sure love our cowboy and firstborn son! Happy birthday buddy!!
We had a great Thanksgiving and spent the day with both families! We always start off at my parent's house for lunch. This year was small as two of my siblings were with their in-laws. It was a quiet lunch, but we still had lots of fun!
Uncle Andrew with Gilli and Grant on his lap! Next year he will have to make room for his own baby boy too! Grant enjoyed getting Taylor to shake! Gerald made my dad pose for this pic as he thinks that Kobee and my dad look alike! HA! And, my grandma takes time for a pic with my crazy men!
Gillian is SO loving! Just a few months ago she would barely let anyone hold her, and now she cuddles up and loves on everyone! It warms my heart!! She loves her Nani, Aunt Heidi, Great Grandma, and Great Aunt Lala(Linda)!!

My mom always has the kids make an apple turkey! They love it! They make feathers with marshmallows, gum drops, and cereal! Then they eat it! Gillian was SO proud of hers!!!
We tried to take a family pic, but someone(usually Grady) has to make a funny face! That's just how it is!! HA! Then Grant wanted to take a pic with Heidi and Andrew, and we all had to give a thumbs up!
Then we all made our way to Gerald's parents house! Here, we had another yummy meal and celebrated Grant's birthday! Gerald's mom had a cow cake made for Grant, and he loved it! He also received some fun gifts, and then the kids played with their cousins!
We are so blessed to have two wonderful families to spend time with on the holidays! There is so much to be thankful for this year!
