Christmas morning just gets more fun every year!! The boys woke up at 7:30 and very patiently waited to wake Gillian up at 8:00. Even though Grant stopped believing in Santa this year(sniff, sniff) he really played it up for his brother and sister. When the boys went in to wake up Gillian, I heard him say, "Gilli, Santa came last night! Let's go see what he brought you!" I was so proud of my big guy!! With great anticipation, we all headed downstairs!
Grant(our little farmer) got a pole barn so he can park his tractors inside! He was thrilled!

Grady(aka Fireman Sam) received a firehouse! He was so excited!!

Santa brought Gillian an American Girl Bitty Baby and an Anywhere Chair! In her stocking she got 3 bracelets and a purse! I wish you all could have seen her open these!! She put on each bracelet and admired each one. Then she put her purse on her shoulder and admired it too! I was laughing so hard! It was seriously adorable! Grant said, "She is SO girly!" YES SHE IS! I LOVE IT!!

Santa brought the gFamily a Wii! We logged 8+ hours the day after Christmas!! We are having just a little fun playing!! ;) Here is Grant playing tennis on Christmas morning.

After our family time on Christmas morning, we all headed up north to grandma and grandpa's farm. We had a very nice day there with family! The cousins played, we ate good food, and exchanged gifts. Here are the gKiddos with grandma and grandpa.
When we came home that night after a full day, Grady came over to me with tears in his eyes and said, "Momma, I had such a great Christmas day with you!" Then he proceeded to kiss my nose! WOW! That was the perfect end to the day! It seems that even at this young age, they are getting it! They really enjoyed the family time that day and giving gifts to others and just being all together! They know that we are celebrating the gift of Baby Jesus who came to save us! What a wonderful day!! It couldn't have been any better!

I love it! Gilly looks like the epitome of a little girl holding her bitty baby in the chair, and I'm so glad to finally see what this "pole barn" thing was all about. What a fun idea! Looks like the Stanleys had a fabulous day - and day after with the Wii!
Lots of Love...
Ohmygosh, your kids are so stinkin' sweet!
That pole barn is sweet! My son would have loved that (and the fireman stuff) when he was younger, actually he would probably like it now :)
Sophia got a AG doll, purse and charm bracelet this year too. She is what we call a girly tom boy...it is all pink and tutu's but she runs around with a nerf gun shooting everyone! It is just a blast!
Glad you had a great Christmas and wishing you a wonderful new year!
My Dad always said "I do believe in Santa, I don't believe in Santa, I AM Santa"! Love those piggy's Gilli. Wii came to the Ferrick's too, I think Santa delivered a lot of those this year. Celebrating the birth of our Savior with you. Susie
What cute pics!! Your kiddos are adorable!!
Looks like you had a fabulous Christmas. Jillian is looking older and your boys look like they are so much fun. I wish we lived closer to be family friends. I have a feeling the families would get along great.
Happy New Year to you!
