Grady was excited this year because he met the minimum height requirement of 40" inches (he's 42") to ride the Fairly Odd Coaster (formerly known as the Beastie). Grady loved the ride and ended up going on it about 10 times while we were at King's Island. Grady was so much fun this year because he has a genuine optimistic outlook on life, which makes going to an amusement park overly enjoyable. We heard this comment several times from Grady, "It's such a beautiful day!"
Grant became a big boy this year at King's Island. He had the opportunity to venture out into rest of the park and not be confined to the kiddie rides (even though he loves most of them). He chose to ride Top Gun (the video) and the Adventure Express. He said Top Gun was his favorite ride this year. But as we were putting him to bed tonight, he said the best part of King's Island was spending time with his family. That kid just knows how to make a parent smile.

So FUN!!! Your boys are so brave. . I'm impressed!
Oh I loved it!!! Glad you have rollercoaster enthusiasts! Maria is such a dare devil and I'm afraid she will be 12 years old before she reaches the height requirement!
I also think Dad was pretty brave holding the video camera while riding. I would have loved to capture "the moment" but would have been too afraid of losing the camera!
Check our blog.......THANK Y'ALL AGAIN!!!!! You bought my plane ticket to see my baby girl.
Praise the Lord!

It's so funny they both said the same thing when the ride was over!! :) I'm just sure what was funnier, their faces or GERALD screaming like a woman the whole time!! HA HA! Too cute!
Oops - typo in my last post - meant to say, "I'm NOT sure which was funnier..."
How fun!!! What a great day!!!
