Gillian is so blessed to have two big brothers who love her SO much!! They have far exceeded my expectations on just how loving and gentle they have been with her! They love to play with her, make her laugh, feed her, sing to her, and just smother her with kisses!
Grant said to me yesterday as he was holding her, "I am so glad that we adopted a baby from Guatemala!"
Grady said to some of our friends that we saw when we were out to eat, "She is OUR sister and she is going home with US!!" Just a little protective! :)

Gillian screamed for every bath we gave her at the hotels! She screamed when we put her in the tub at home for the first time too! However, she immediately stopped screaming when Grady got in the tub with her! Now she loves baths!! :) Thank you Grady!!

Gillian hasn't enjoyed too many foods and sometimes cries when we feed her baby food. However, she lets Grant feed her! Thank you Grant!

In the last 48 hours Gillian has gone from being a little apprehensive to very comfortable with her surroundings! She is now letting other adults hold her! She is also warming up to her car seat! She is sleeping REALLY well! 12 hours of sleep last night and two good naps today! Please keep that up baby girl!! We are SO happy to have her home with us and it seems surreal sometimes! God is so good!!
