Since it is October, I recently pulled out all of our fall, Halloween, and Thanksgiving books. Grant and I were reading a book before bed tonight from the Halloween collection and then I asked him to say his prayers. I forgot to read his Bible Story to him, but he quickly reminded me by saying, "Mom, what about God's Mouth? We have to read from God's Mouth before bed!!" We usually call the Bible, God's Word. Too funny that he made it his own by calling the Bible, God's Mouth. It does make sense if you think about it!! We have to open God's Mouth to hear the words He wants to tell us!
Adoption news: We found out today that the birth mother interview was indeed done on the same day as the DNA test. So, we get to check another step off the list! We are getting closer to exiting Family Court and receiving PA. I have been really happy with how quickly things are being done! I am sure it is due to everyone praying! Thank you so much!!

Grant, You are the most precious little big person on earth. I love you mostest. Love, Nanny
Gretchen,
Oh the things kids say....they definitely teach us what it means to have a childlike faith! We have to get our kids together to play sometime soon. I'll call you sometime this week to chat.

Yay! So glad your BMI is done. You're moving along fast- that's wonderful!

To get crazy-cheap tickets to Guatemala we use www.spiritair.com. We signed up for the weekly e-mail specials. I've seen tickets as low as $-1, yes... negative $1. Can you believe it? You just have to be somewhat flexible on dates. It's a total budget airline, so you have to pay for any food or drinks, except for water. This will be my third flight- and well worth it for the price. Keep this info on the "down-low", if you know what I mean, so that the rest of the PAP's of the Guatemala 5000 don't buy up all of our tickets. Ha! Ha!
Of course Grant would say the most logical thing..."God's Mouth"...yep, that's what it is...it only took a 4-year-old to tell us that!:)
